Dispatch & Delivery
As a general pattern, we dispatch on a Friday. We take orders up to Tuesday 7 am for selection and packing on Thursday and dispatch on the Friday. Your tree will arrive during the week. We will avoid dispatching when public holidays pose a risk for the possibility of the tree sitting in a depot.
We deliver only within Australia, and due to the increased cost of quarantine and certification processes, we no longer ship into Western Australia.
Orders are received up toTuesday for dispatch on Friday.
Freight cost is $23.00 per plant. $13.00 for each extra plant.
Tasmania & N T Dispatch & Quarantine
Plants going into Tasmania and the Northern Territory require quarantine and inspection by Australian Law.
Shipping cost includes quarantine and inspection fee $20 +$23.00 for the first tree and $13 each additional

In the first week of every second month.
